By creating an account or using Nurty, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Nurty provides an AI-powered wellness companion using evidence-based therapeutic approaches including IFS, CBT, and Logotherapy. The service is for informational and personal growth purposes and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Nurty. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement. Users under 18 should have parental or guardian consent.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at security@nurty.co.
You agree not to use Nurty for any unlawful purpose, to abuse or attempt to harm other users, to reverse-engineer or scrape the service, or to impersonate any person or entity.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are available within 7 days of initial purchase for new subscribers.
If you opt into the Supervisor feature, you consent to a licensed therapist reviewing session summaries and AI interaction logs. This feature is designed to enhance your care and is always opt-in.
Nurty and all its content, features, and functionality are owned by Nurty, Inc. You retain ownership of any content you create within the app (session notes, journal entries). You grant us a limited license to process this content to provide the service.
Nurty is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet all your needs. Therapeutic outcomes vary by individual.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nurty, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will provide 14 days notice for material changes.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
